Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Items marked as "final sale"


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
